Day 1 — Arrival in Catania & Street Food Experience
Welcome to Sicily! Upon arrival in Catania, settle into your hotel and take some time to relax before discovering the city’s irresistible charm. In the afternoon, set out on a guided street food tour through the historic center — a feast of colors, aromas, and flavors. Taste local favorites such as arancini, cartocciate, and granita, while wandering between lively squares, hidden alleys, and the vibrant fish market. End your first day soaking in the true spirit of Sicilian life.

Day 2 — Mount Etna & Surroundings
Experience the raw power of Europe’s highest active volcano with a guided hike across Etna’s craters and lava fields. Wander through surreal, moon-like landscapes and enjoy a Sicilian snack right on the slopes. Later, visit a local winery to sample wines grown in the island’s unique volcanic soil — an unforgettable taste of the mountain’s essence.

Day 3 — Syracuse & Ortigia Island
Step into the timeless beauty of Syracuse, where history, art, and sea breeze intertwine. Your guided tour takes you through the enchanting streets of Ortigia Island — from the majestic Cathedral to the Fountain of Arethusa. then pause for a granita and cannolo tasting. Lunch in a typical Sicilian market. In the afternoon, we will visit the archaeological park of Neapolis and head back to Catania.

Day 4 — Trekking in Pantalica Nature Reserve
Discover one of Sicily’s most breathtaking landscapes on a trek through the Pantalica Nature Reserve. Follow trails along the Anapo River, passing ancient tombs carved into the rock and lush Mediterranean flora. Bring your hiking shoes, a water bottle, and a packed lunch for a day surrounded by pure nature.

Day 5 — Savoca Exploration
Transfer from Catania for a guided visit: start at Porta della Città and Bar Vitelli (Il Padrino set), explore Chiesa di San Nicolò with its 13th-century treasures, stroll the stone-vicoli centro storico, and enjoy views over the Ionian Sea. Include time for granita or cannoli at the historic bar, plus optional short detour to nearby Forza d'Agrò for extra film locations. Return to Catania post-lunch or extend into afternoon free time.

Day 6 – Goodbye and departure
This morning we will separate and say "arrivederci"!
